Sandhills Crisis Intervention Program is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and compassionate Development & Outreach Advocate to help strengthen communities and support survivors across rural Western Nebraska.

This full-time position combines community outreach, education, fundraising, promotion, and direct advocacy. The successful candidate will help expand awareness of SCIP’s services while providing compassionate support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.

Responsibilities include:

• Community outreach and awareness
• Fundraising and event coordination
• Public speaking and presentations
• Building community partnerships
• Advocacy and support for victims
• Social media and promotions
• Prevention and community education

The ideal candidate will be:

• Outgoing and comfortable connecting with the public
• Motivated, dependable, and organized
• Compassionate and committed to supporting survivors
• Comfortable with public speaking and community presentations
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a mission-driven team
