Keith County Chamber of Commerce Seeks Proposals for Accounting Services
The Keith County Chamber of Commerce is seeking proposals from qualified accounting firms and bookkeeping professionals to provide ongoing bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and financial reporting services using QuickBooks Online.
The Chamber is looking for a responsive, long-term financial partner committed to maintaining accurate records, providing timely reports and communicating effectively with Chamber leadership.
Services outlined in the Request for Proposal include:
• Bank and credit card account reconciliation
• Bookkeeping and transaction review
• Payroll processing and payroll tax compliance
• Monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting
• Coordination with Chamber staff
Preference may be given to firms or professionals with nonprofit accounting experience, QuickBooks Online experience, and experience serving Chambers of Commerce or other membership organizations.
PROPOSAL DEADLINE
Proposals must be received no later than October 15, 2026.
